STYLISH OR FOOLISH ?
Today on Stylish or Foolish, the American singer, dancer, actress and entrepreneur Madonna is on the spot.
Madonna is never one to shy away from extreme fashion, and with this outfit she sealed the deal. The singer stepped onto the red carpet in a Louis Vuitton outfit that isn’t so eccentric until you look on top of her head. That’s the biggest scrunchie I’ve ever seen! A large cross necklace, fingerless gloves, and thigh-high boots are all part of the unique look. Madonna’s costume is by Louis Vuitton, right down to the elaborate thigh high boots on her feet. Many of the shoes from Louis Vuitton’s fall 2009 collection feature unique cone heels like those on Madonna’s boots.
Madonna was spotted at Costume Institute Gala wearing this crazy outfit.

A lot of people don’t understand how come I take 1 hour everyday just to pick my outfit for the day. I used to take more time than one of my ex-girlfriend (who was a cosmo girl, if you know what I mean lol) to get dressed and one day she asked me: “Rico? Baby! Why do you take that long to get dressed? I’m a girl, I’m supposed to take longer than you”, and I replied: “How long did it take to Leonardo da Vinci to paint Mona Lisa? To Georges Lucas to write the script of Star Wars? To Michael Jackson to record the album Thriller? To Stephen Sprouse and Marc Jacobs to design the Louis Vuitton graffiti collection?”…
What I meant is that Fashion is an Art, it takes times, passion and creativity. Why do most of the people think that David Beckham dress better than Tom Cruise? Because of the same reason that Michael Jordan was better than Larry Bird, and the same reasons why Beethoven was a better composer than Elton John is: Skills and Talent
Fashion requires skills, it’s like a sport at the same time, you learn, practice and get better.
Fashion is also a way to express yourself, your personality, and way more. Through clothing and style, one can know more about a person than you think. Fashion is an extended version of you and your own personality. Depending on your mood, you will dress differently and act differently. Sometimes, I feel lazy so I wear a jogging pants, sometimes I feel really happy so I wear colorful pieces, sometimes I feel sad and I’m likely to wear black. I am Fashion, so are you. We are all Fashion because we create our own Fashion. Nobody tells you how to dress and what to wear, you make your own decision. Sometimes you can be influenced by other people’s fashion or opinion but at the end of the day, it is your decision and nobody else’s.
